On-board Cash Fares
On-board cash fares are valid for one complete one-way trip, including transfers. Please have exact change, as drivers cannot make change.

Passes and Tickets
31-Day Passes permit unlimited travel for 31 days after passes are first used. An expiration date will be clearly printed on the back of passes after they are inserted into an onboard farebox.
11-Ride Tickets are valid for 11 complete one-way trips, including transfers. Passes and tickets can be purchased from one of Mountain Line’s Ticket Outlets.

DAY PASSES are also available for purchase on buses and at Mountain Line offices for $2.00.
Passes may also be ordered by mail:
*In order to be eligible for discounted fare, seniors or riders with disabilities must provide one of the following:
-Official documentation verifying age (60+)
-Proof of eligibility for Social Security
-A valid Medicare card
-A copy of a valid discount fare card from another transit authority (or ADA Paratransit eligibility)
-Certification of a disability by a healthcare professional
-A Mountain Line-issued discount fare eligibility card
Card may be obtained by providing Mountain Line with the above information along with the discount fare application (link above). Forms should be sent to the Mountain Line offices at 1221 Shakespeare, Missoula, MT, 59802.
